1. Shipping Coverage
Domus Canis currently ships only within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be processed.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all UK orders.
There are no additional shipping charges, handling fees, or hidden costs.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days.
Estimated total delivery time:

Delivery times may vary depending on:
- the destination address within the UK
- delays outside our control (such as severe weather or carrier network disruption).
We will assist you in resolving delivery issues in accordance with this policy.
5. Shipping Method & Carriers
The choice of carrier may vary depending on the weight, quantity and availability of the products.
- Your package can be delivered by: GLS, Yodel, DPD, Evri
A tracking number is provided by email for every order once dispatched.
6. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
If an address error causes a delivery issue, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the situation where possible.
8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Pricing Transparency
The price displayed at checkout is the final price payable by the customer. You will not be charged any additional fees after purchase.
10. Risk of Loss
We remain responsible for the order until it is successfully delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
